Returns Policy
At Life Is Sound, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our returns policy carefully before making your purchase.
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery.
To begin the process, please contact us at lifeisgood@lifeissound.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will provide you with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Relaxation oils
Digital products (such as guided meditations and downloads)
Journals (unless defective)
Retreat Bookings
Retreat bookings are limited in number and involve advance planning, venue commitments, catering arrangements and preparation costs. For this reason, retreat bookings are non-refundable.
We understand that life can sometimes change unexpectedly, so in special circumstances we may review refund requests on a person-to-person basis. Any such request will be considered at the discretion of Life Is Sound and cannot be guaranteed.
Please make sure you are able to attend before completing your booking.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.
