The Day
Slowly Arrive, Deeply Rest
After holding space for over 3,000 people at Life Is Sound sound baths, we are now bringing the experience into a new setting for our first ever Life Is Sound retreat.
In partnership with Broughton Sanctuary, Calm For Life has been created as a full day dedicated to relaxation, restoration and nervous system reset. From the moment you arrive, the day is intentionally paced to help you slow down, soften the body and let the outside world begin to quieten and connect with your inner world.
Across the day, you will be guided through immersive sound baths, gentle journalling, nourishing plant-based food, time in nature, spa facilities and quiet space to simply be.
