This handpan piece was recorded at the Life is Sound event on the 9th Novemeber 2025 at Manchester Cathedral. I still find it difficult to find the words witnessing 295 people in the room, all coming to relax, to process, to switch off from the outside noise.

So many of you shared your personal and powerful stories with me and also afterwards via comments and messages. The event was a complete sell out which is still blowing my mind and filling my heart with gratitude even as I type this.

Thank you all who attended from the bottom of my heart, that room was full of pure magic. I am so happy I managed to get a great recording that I can share with those of you who couldn't make it in person.

I really managed to let go whilst playing here, I entered that blissful flow state of dream like presence with the instrument. I hope the sounds find you when you need them most.
