Returns Policy

At Life Is Sound, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our returns policy carefully before making your purchase.

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

To begin the process, please contact us at lifeisgood@lifeissound.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Relaxation oils

• Digital products (such as guided meditations and downloads)

• Journals (unless defective)

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.
