This 1-hour handpan sound bath was performed live at Manchester Cathedral using the F Astro scale on a Rav Vast. Layered with soft rainstick textures and carried by the cathedral’s powerful natural acoustics, this journey invites you into a deep state of presence, calm and emotional release.

Whether you are meditating, resting, or simply taking a mindful pause, this extended session offers space to reconnect with your breath, calm your system and restore inner balance.

Playing in this setting was one of the most profound sound bath experiences of my life. The way the vibrations moved through the arches, the stillness in the room and the collective energy made it unforgettable. I feel grateful to have captured this moment and to now share it with you.
