This 1-hour handpan sound bath was performed live at Manchester Cathedral using the E Amara scale on an Elaia handpan. Layered with soft rainstick textures and enhanced by the cathedral’s powerful natural acoustics, this immersive sound bath invites you into a deep state of presence, calm and emotional release.

Whether you are meditating, resting, or simply taking a mindful pause, this extended session offers space to reconnect with your breath, calm your system and restore inner balance.

Playing in this setting was one of the most profound sound bath experiences of my life. The way the vibrations moved through the space, the stillness in the room and the collective energy made it truly unforgettable. I feel grateful to have captured this and to now share it with you.
